Order Text

RE: FSMCPO

To all members of 10th Fleet, Victoria Station, and other beings allied with Talbott Fleet Station:

Change and renewal are things that are constants in life, and challenges will always happen and must be overcome and dealt with.

After serving faithfully for two years, I would like to thank FSMCPO William Farlin Cain for his service as Fleet Bosun for 10th Fleet, and hope to see him at many events both North and South. For all of his work, time, and patient helping of Admiral Chrissy Killian and Myself, I would let it be known that FSMCPO Cain is hereby Mentioned in Dispatches and thanked for his hard work.

As to going forward, I wish to welcome SMCPO Tracy Newby as the new 10th Fleet Senior Master Chief Petty Officer. FSMCPO Newby is well known in many fandoms and is someone I consider to be the best advocate for Enlisted in the Fleet, and has no trouble telling me or Fleet Staff where we need to focus or what we might be missing.

Three cheers for the Outgoing and Incoming FSMCPO, Hip Hip Huzzah!

In Service,

James Jones, KSK, GCE
Rear Admiral, RMN
CO- Talbott Fleet
Baron, Whidbey Basin
