RE: Flag Lieutenant

Unto all members of Talbott Fleet, Treecats, and members of the Grand Alliance.

With a fleet as large as ours, it is challenging to be able to address all problems in a timely manner, and to coordinate things and events in a smooth way. During the last few events, I have noticed my need for a Flag Lt overall to help organize the events and to be liaison for members and non members to the command team.

Therefore, I thereby post Julie Taylor of HMS Chimera to the position of Flag Lieutenant and promote her to the rank of Ensign with all of the rights and responsibilities of her rank and position.

For Ensign Julie Taylor, three cheers! Huzzah!
