Tenth Fleet Order 1911-05 is a fleet order issued on 9 November 2019 by Rear Admiral James Jones, Baron Whidbey Basin, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet. The order establishes a permanent Fleet Inspector General (held for the time being by the JAG Ombudsman), names Captain Mir Plemmons to the position, and promotes him to Captain of the List.

RE: Fleet Inspector General and JAG Ombudsman

Unto members of Talbott Fleet and allies.

With a Fleet as large as ours, and with the areas we have to maintain a presence in, cultural differences and other arguments will occur. It has become increasingly apparent that we need to have a permanent Inspector General for our Fleet.

For the time being, that office will be our JAG Ombudsman, to act at the behest of Fleet Command and the Judge Advocate General of TRMN. For a position such as this, I name Captain Mir Plemmons to the position of Fleet IG, and promote him to Captain of the List. This is a position that demands trust and thoroughness, and Captain Plemmons is well deserving of the honors as well as the authority.
