Tenth Fleet Order 2603-01 is a fleet order issued on 1 March 2026 by Rear Admiral Edward Newton, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet. Conspicuous Bravery Medal

Matthew Ronald Foster

The Conspicuous Bravery Medal is awarded to Matthew Ronald Foster. Matthew provided exceptionally meritorious service during RADCON through leadership and technical support of the Artemis Bridge Simulator as well as recruitment activities in the Ward Room. Contributing more than thirty hours of service, he assisted with simulator setup, diagnostics, maintenance, and gameplay facilitation to ensure continuous operation of the simulator throughout the convention.

William E. Karnesky

The Conspicuous Bravery Medal is awarded to William E. Karnesky. William Karnesky rendered exceptionally meritorious service during RADCON through extensive leadership and operational support of the Artemis Bridge Simulator and recruitment activities conducted in the Ward Room. During more than thirty hours of service he assisted with simulator setup, facilitated gameplay sessions, performed maintenance on equipment, and supported recruiting and logistical operations.

Erin Murphy

The Conspicuous Bravery Medal is awarded to Erin Murphy. Erin Murphy rendered exceptionally meritorious service during RADCON through extensive support of convention operations and hospitality programming. Over the course of more than thirty hours she assisted with convention committee responsibilities and multiple hospitality events that helped provide a welcoming and successful convention experience. She also drove 98 miles round trip to the convention

Nathanial Domenic Murphy

The Conspicuous Bravery Medal is awarded to Nathanial Domenic Murphy. Nathanial Murphy demonstrated exceptional dedication during RADCON through extensive contributions to convention operations and hospitality activities. Contributing more than thirty hours of service, he supported convention committee responsibilities while assisting with catering and hospitality events that helped ensure the smooth operation of multiple convention programs. He also drove 98 miles round trip to the convention

Athena E Pelly

The Conspicuous Bravery Medal is awarded to Athena E Pelly. Athena Pelly rendered exceptionally meritorious service during RADCON through extensive operational support of the Artemis Bridge Simulator, recruitment activities in the Ward Room, and direct convention organizational support. Contributing more than thirty hours of dedicated service, she facilitated Artemis sessions, tutored new participants, and supported recruitment outreach while also assisting with convention committee responsibilities. Her sustained dedication significantly enhanced the organization’s presence and outreach during the convention.

Navy/Marine Achievement Medal

Athena E Pelly

The Navy/Marine Achievement Medal is awarded to Athena E Pelly for her actions at RadCon 9b (2026). Chief Petty Officer Pelly spent multiple hours recruiting for TRMN-sponsored Artemis Bridge Simulator sessions, actively engaging Con-goers to entice them to play Artemis, and stepping in, as needed, as game facilitator to run Artemis sessions. Chief Petty Officer Pelly is a great example and represents the RMN and TRMN as a whole with Honor.

Silesian Anti-Piracy Campaign Medal

Wesley Twitchell

The Silesian Anti-Piracy Campaign Medal is awarded to Wesley Twitchell. Wesley provided assistance with RADCON26 convention activities and helped represent the organization during the event. He also drove 271 miles to and from the convention

Masadan Occupation Medal

Jerry Johnson

The Masadan Occupation Medal is awarded to Captain Jerry Johnson. Captain Johnson spent well over 150 hours in support of WorldCon 2025. He was the Fan Group table chair for the event. As such he had to review all applicants, lay out all the tables, and be there 3 days before and 2 days after the event for set-up and break-down.

Havenite Operational Service Medal

Jerry Johnson

The Havenite Operational Service Medal is awarded to Captain Jerry Johnson. While supporting extensive operations at WorldCon 2025 as fan table coordinator, Captain Johnson also staffed the TRMN recruiting table for 8 hours.

Silesian Confederation Campaign Medal

Bill Cole

The Silesian Confederation Campaign Medal is awarded to Bill Cole for driving 5 hours out of his way to deliver the 2025 Teddy Bear Challenge bears to the designated hospital at the request of Tent Fleet Commanding Officer RADM Edward Newton.

Sphinx Forestry Commission Commendation Decoration

Jill M. Taylor

The Sphinx Forestry Commission Commendation Decoration is awarded to Jill M. Taylor for preparing and serving dinner for ten during our recent chapter retreat week at the coast.

With SDCC being named a GAE that returns the Flag Event title I gave it and I now name WorldCon LA as a Flag Event in its place.

Victoria Station has requested that Island Fan Con be named a Flag Event and I use their reserved event to do so.
