BuShips Directive 1409-08 was issued 25 September 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Hydra (CLAC-19).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on September 25, 2014, it is my duty to announce a change of Command for HMS Hydra, CLAC-19, under the command of Captain (s.g.) Melyssa Smith. This is Hydra Class LAC Carrier and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Norman, OK.
The new Bosun is CPO Scott Summers
The CO, XO, and remaining crew are unchanged at this time.
The following persons are breveted in rank:
- Scott Summers to Chief Petty Officer to Warrant Officer
