Tenth Fleet Order 1803-01 is a fleet order issued on 4 March 2018 by Rear Admiral James Jones, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet. The order announces the appointment of Captain (JG) Edward Newton of HMS Earsidh Kammerling as Fleet Personnel Officer.

RE: Fleet Personnel Officer

To all members of the Grand Alliance, Civilians, and Treecats, I am proud to announce the position of Fleet Personnel Officer being filled by Captain JG Edward Newton of HMS Earsidh Kammerling.

Captain Newton has accepted this charge to assist each ship in 10th Fleet with personnel issues, be it administrative or of recognition, and will act as an advocate for all members in the Fleet and Station. Many people have given me their opinion, and I feel that Captain Newton will be an excellent addition to the Fleet Staff, and look forward to working with him and for him to help be our eyes and hands to help with the smooth running of the Fleet.
