By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:
Commander Lohengrin Pérez Cañón (RMN-2107-16) is hereby appointed to the position IMNA Commandant.
In order to properly fulfill his duties as Commandant, he is hereby promoted to Commodore (F-1).
Commodore Pérez Cañón, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Isaiah Mackenzie Naval Academy to assume your duties.
We wish to thank Commodore Robert Demkiw for his excellent service to BuTrain.
