As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. For having satisfied Time in Grade and coursework requirements I hereby promote the following:

Petty Officer 2nd Class Dame Fiona Clark KCE, QBM, CBM, GSN is hereby promoted to Petty Officer 1st Class
