As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Colonel Robert W.C. Folden to the position of Staff Intelligence Officer, COMFORCECOM, RMMC.

Colonel Robert W.C. Folden, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Saganami Island, Manticore, post haste. There you will assume the office of Staff Intelligence Officer, COMFORCECOM, RMMC.
