Re:	Awarding of Combat Readiness and Special Certification streamers (FORCECOM Order 2108-B)

The Following Streamers are awarded by Marine Forces Command upon recommendation and verification by the Commandant, Royal Manticoran Marines Corps Training Center (RMMCTC).

Streamers are authorized to be affixed to the unit guidon per Corps Directive 04-1308 and 03-1611.
