Marine Forces Command has received and accepted the resignation of Major General Martine Tizure, RMMC from Command of the Second Marine Expeditionary Force. Therefore, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby authorize the following changes of command effective 27 May 2023.
Thank you, Major General Martin Tizura, RMMC for all you have done as the Commanding Officer of Second Marine Expeditionary Force (2MEF), you have been relieved.
Due to insufficient time in your brevet rank your rank will be adjusted by the Bureau of Personnel (BuPers).
The Office of Marine Forces Command would like to wish General Tizura the best and thank him for his efforts with the Second Marine Expeditionary Force. You shall be missed.
Brigadier General Brad Zeak Sr, RMMC is assigned as Commanding Officer of Second Marine Expeditionary Force (2MEF).
I hereby authorize the following brevet under Corps Directive 02-2204 and Corps Directive 03-2204:
