To: The Republic of Haven Navy

Re: Change of Command, Executive Officer RHNSS Giscard

Captain Ian Brannan, you are hereby directed to the Haven Space Station Giscard to assume the position of Executive Officer of the Giscard. You will be reliving Commander Peter West. Fail to do so at your own peril. Commander West has been an outstanding XO for several years now, and will be able to confer with you in a smooth transition.

To Commander Peter West: We appreciate all that you have done, and the fact that you have kept the station in fantastic shape. Good luck in your future, and do let us know if you would consider another position somewhere should you choose to do so.
