You are directed and required to proceed with all due haste to Headquarters, First Naval District, to relieve Admiral of the Red Michael Paquette, KDE, CR, SC, OG, CGM, GS, Baron Kitty Hawk, as Commanding Officer where you are to be granted all rights and privileges pertaining thereto. Fail not in this duty at your peril.
The Office of the First Space Lord would like to thank ADM Kitty Hawk for his service as First Fleet Commanding Officer, and look forward to his ongoing contributions to the organization. In recognition of his exemplary service in a command role, ADM Kitty Hawk is hereby awarded the ORDER OF THE CROWN FOR NAVAL SERVICE. Congratulations!
