HER MAJESTY'S NAVAL DIRECTIVE RMN-2509-02

CHANGE OF COMMAND, TASK GROUP 22.3 AND BATCRURON 711

Members of the Grand Alliance,

The following Changes of Command to Second Fleet Echelons are made effective immediately, based on request of the Second Fleet Commanding Officer:

-CAPTAIN OF THE LIST DEAN MCCLURE is to assume command of Task Group 22.3

-CAPTAIN JUNIOR GRADE JAMES MIKE MOYER is to assume command of Battlecruiser Squadron 711

Congratulations to those named above. Both Rear Admiral Dragon Rock and I have full confidence in your abilities to lead these echelons to success in the near future.
