Please join me in congratulating the following Grand Alliance Joint Chiefs of Staff Second Quarter 2025 Award Recipients!

  • Home Secretary Garret Bitker

Home Secretary Garret Bitker is awarded the Gryphon Star for service to the Bureau of Training over a nine year period. Additionally, Home Secretary Bitker has served as the principal instructor at the Royal Manticoran Astro-Control Academy's Flag Officer School from June 2024 to June 2025
