HER MAJESTY'S NAVAL DIRECTIVE RMN-2605-01
GRAND ALLIANCE EVENT DECLARATION, LIBERTYCON 2026
Members of the Grand Alliance,
Based on a request from the San Martino Fleet Commanding Officer and in recognition of the Prime Member's presence as a guest, LibertyCon to be held from 26-28 June 2026 is hereby declared a Grand Alliance Event. As such, any TRMN personnel participating in the event as described by PD-SC-1002 will be eligible for the Havenite War Campaign Medal.
