Template:PII withheld

Emits an explanatory citation (group "pii") marking a child's PII deliberately withheld. Place [pii 1] where the redacted name would appear. The page must carry a matching list, e.g. {{Reflist|group=pii}}, under a "Record notes" heading. See TenthFleet:GDPR.
