History
Windsong commissioned in May of 2013 under the command of LCDR Laura Gallagher, after launching as HM Pinnace Death Claw-01.[1] She was decommissioned on 4 October 2014, the order citing personal reasons on the part of the Command Staff and the inability to locate additional personnel to take over command; her crew was reassigned to HMS Hydra.[2]
