Purpose of this Template

We need to discuss whether TOCright is something we should be using wiki-wide, and/or what are the use cases for using it instead of the stock TOC design. Probably not. I've been removing instances of {{TOCright}}, with the exception of where it appeared in the pages for the two projects. I didn't want to take action on those particular pages until I had a chance to have this communication with you; I also didn't want to do anything to potentially mess up the formatting of your pages. {{TOCright}} can (and probably should) be deleted. A couple of other things we should consider as part of TFW infrastructure issues: I just happened to come across this message by checking the the log to see what kind of activity was happening with TFW in general. Is there some sort of notice I should be getting for when messages like this appear, or is it my responsibility to go through & check various pages? There are other questions I have about various topics regarding TFW, as well as getting some clarification of some things in past conversation (some things clicked for me later that I think I didn't understand when you were offering a solution). What is your preferred method to have these discussions?
