BuShips Directive 1202-01 was issued 11 February 2012 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HM Pinnance Merlin-01, which eventually became HMS Galahad.
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on February 12, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the Pinnace Merlin-01. This is a Pinnace under the Command of Lieutenant (j.g.) Timothy Bailey and is assigned to the {{hms|Merlin| and Second Fleet.
The crew of this ship consists of Commodore Penny Horwitz and Spacers 3rd Class Patrick Bailey and David Poll who will be recruiting additional members to form a full crew for a larger vessel.
