Re: Appointment of the World Civilization Course Instructor, Mannheim University, Manticore (BuTrain Order 030-17)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:

Lance Corporal (E-3) Shawn Merrow (RMN-3258-16) is appointed to the position of World Civilization Instructor at Mannheim University and is promoted to Master Sergeant (E-7) effective 15 March 2017.

Sergeant Merrow, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Provost of Mannheim University to assume your duties.
