The following personnel are assigned to your command, HMS SABREPIKE (CA-417), in the defined capacities:

- S2C James Mike Moyer (RMN-3792-16) is appointed as EXECUTIVE OFFICER and is brevetted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
