Empowered by His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Gustav XI and the Imperial Admiralty on Potsdam, Neu Berlin. I Kapitan der Sterne Shananaquet name Lieutenant Commander David Westover, ME, QBM, RMN as Kanzler of the Prinz-Adalbert Marineakademie effective 20 September 2018.
Lieutenant Commander Westover you are hearby order to report, post haste, to Prinz-Adalbert Marineakademie and assume the duties and responsbilities of Kanzler. Fail not in your duties in the name of the Emperor.
