Corps Directive 02-1202 was issued 20 February 2012 under the authority of the Marshal of the Corps. It appoints the RMMC Liaison to Saganami Island.

To:	All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps
From:	Marshal of the Corps Sean Niemeyer, Commandant of the RMMC
Re:	Appointment of RMMC Liaison/Instructor to Saganami Island (Corps Directive 02-1202)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Andrew Knipe to the position of RMMC Liaison/Instructor to Saganami Island. Andrew Knipe you are hereby ordered to Saganami Island, Manticore, post haste where you will assume the office of RMMC Liaison/Instructor to Saganami Island where you will report directly to BuTrain as a member of his staff. You are also hereby brevetted to the rank of Colonel. The above effective 20-FEB-12.
