BuShips Directive 1903-04 was issued on 07 March 2019 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive commissions SMS Wolfsangel.

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 07 March 2019, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of SMS Wolfsangel (Z-91). This is a Dolch-class Destroyer and is assigned to Home (First) Fleet (North Beach, Maryland).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to SMS Wolfsangel (Z-91):
