Re:	Appointments to Eighth Fleet Staff • Eighth Fleet Order 1903-1

As of midnight, 31 March 19, the following appointments take effect.
MCPO Brandi Lyn Darbe is appointed as the Eighth Fleet Bosun and promoted to the rank commensurate with the position, that of Senior Master Chief Petty Officer.
Spacer 1st Class Richard DeShong is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, j.g. and assigned as the Flag Lieutenant for Eighth Fleet.
Lieutenant Damon Schoonover is appointed to the Eighth Fleet staff as the Black Sphinx Cup Coordinator.
Rear Admiral Daniel Brandow is formally appointed as the Fleet’s Training Officer.
