FORCECOM Order 2309-A was issued 18 September 2023 by COMFORCECOM. It awarded the Tenth Expeditionary Force the 5 year Service Streamer.

In honor of five years of active and unbroken service to the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps the below listed Marine Echelon has been awarded the 5 Year Streamer.
This streamer shall be one and three-eighth inch hoist by a two-foot fly. Streamer shall be Royal Blue with gold lettering. The lettering shall be:
5 YEARS 2018-2023
