By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby authorize the following:

Corpsman Petty Officer 1/c Terry Street is assigned as Fleet Marine Force Corpsmen level 2 and is assigned to MarDet Hector.

He is qualified to place the designator (FMF) after his rating per CD 01-1707

He is also authorized to wear the Green Beret of the RMMC with the RMN Beret flash.
