Subject: Promotions As of the 8 th of February this year 2019, with the authority given me by Her Majesty’s Navy, and in accordance with AO 1707-1 the following crew member of the HMS Chimera having passed all exams and having met time in grade and having met all other criteria are to be promoted:
As of 6 Jan 2019, the following individual is promoted to the rank indicated.
Spacer 1st Class (E-3) Emily Annette Stone to Petty Officer 3rd Class (E-4)
In addition this being the first Rank test she has taken she qualifies for the Space Deployment ribbon/award.
