You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Unconquered (CL-16), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Annual Commanding Officer, relieving VADM Sir Colin Lloyd, Baron New Ayers,
In service to the Crown, no later than 1 January 2025. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
