Her Majesty's Naval Directive 2601-02 was issued January 2026 by AotF Michael Romero, First Space Lord. It declares San Diego Comic Con 2026 (23-26 July 2026) a Grand Alliance Event, making participating TRMN personnel eligible for the Havenite War Campaign Medal.

HER MAJESTY'S NAVAL DIRECTIVE RMN-2601-02

GRAND ALLIANCE EVENT DECLARATION, SAN DIEGO COMIC CON 2026

Members of the Grand Alliance,

Based on a request from the Talbott Fleet Commanding Officer and our desire to encourage a more extensive presence there, San Diego Comic Con to be held from 23-26 July 2026 is hereby declared a Grand Alliance Event. As such, any TRMN personnel participating in the event as described by PD-SC-1002 will be eligible for the Havenite War Campaign Medal.
