Titan was a Gryphon-class Superdreadnought within Sixth Fleet. Commanded by CAPTJG John Gilfillan, Titan claimed Houston, TX as her charter city.

History
Upgrading from Ares, HMS Titan was brought into commission in Sixth Fleet out of Missouri City, TX in June of 2016, under the command of Captain (Junior Grade) Larry Cameron. Within the following month, the ship proved herself to be a fast mover: by July, she had already joined Task Group 61.1 under TF61,, and stood up a section as MARDET Titan.

In June of 2017 command shifted to CAPTJG John Gilfillan, where it remained until February, 2018: at this point, the captain and crew upgraded to Salamander, returning Titan to the Active Reserve.
