Policy Documents (PDs) set out TRMN's standing policy. They are grouped below by the authority that issues them — the Board of Directors for corporate governance, the Steering Committee for operations, and the bureaus. Documents from dissolved offices are listed under Historical & superseded.
Editing notice. The text of a Policy Document may not be edited without the express written approval of the Secretary of the Board or of the subject Committee. These documents are held here as part of the official record; corrections and amendments must be authorized through that authority.

Admiralty Orders. The standing orders issued by the former First Lord of the Admiralty are a separate series from the FLA's policy documents. Unlike those PDs — voided with the office — an individual Admiralty Order remains in effect unless specifically rescinded or superseded by a later order, directive, or policy.
